Orders ship within 24hrs (business days) of order placement. Arrival time will vary by location. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, or on Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Please return at retailer where product was originally purchased. Returns subject to rules and regulations of individual retailer.

1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Return Request + (order #)"
2. Artemis customer service will respond with the RA form.
3. Reply with completed RA form to email@example.com.
